Dr. Sean D. Shanahan, DPM, MPH has been practicing podiatric medicine and surgery for the past 20+ years in the South Hillsborough area.

His expertise includes diabetic foot care, wound care, fungus nail care, ankle sprains, plantar fasciitis, lower leg injuries, and fractures.

Dr. Shanahan grew up in the South Hillsborough area where he attended East Bay High School and then went to University of South Florida.

He attended Temple University in Philadelphia and graduated as a dual-degree student with a Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine and a Master of Public Health.

After completing his medical and surgical residency at Warminster Hospital, he returned to South Hillsborough County.

Now, he has opened a new clinic in Bradenton in order to offer his expertise to the residents of Bradenton.
